Email to Michael Pollan

Here’s part of my email to Michael PollanI am in the middle of reading “Omnivore’s Dilemma: A natural History of Four Meals“, an early Christmas gift. So far I have enjoyed reading your analysis and the way you have tried to “stalk” Naylor’s corn. This morning, I was reading a piece on the Times titled ” Ending Famine, Simply by Ignoring the Experts” and I was curious to know what you thought about it. As much as I love the “concept” of a free market, I believe the complete term would be “free & fair market” for it to work successfully. A world where no country has subsidies, tariffs, corruption, etc.

Will update when I get a response. In the meantime, here’s something else written by Pollan “Unhappy Meals“.
